Group Classes
Breathe Pilates Studio offers two types of group classes:

Small Group Mat Classes (three to five people)
These classes will run as weekly ten-week sessions covering different mat levels (see class descriptions) and will include the use of Stability Balls, Foam Rollers, Flex Band exercisers and Fitness Circle resistance rings for additional challenge and variety.

Private Group Mat Classes (three to five people)
These classes are the same as the small group mat classes but with your own group of friends booked at a time that is convenient for you.
Group of three to five people
- $21 per person per class
- $19.50 per person per class for a 5-pack
- $17.50 per person per class for a 10-pack

Group Class Descriptions |
Group Mat - Introductory/Essential
This group class will introduce you to the principles of Pilates and many of the essential level exercises. It is a good workout with additional challenge from stability balls, Flex Band® exercisers and Fitness Circle® resistance rings.
A great place to start mobilizing the spine and building your core strength.

Group Mat - Essential/Intermediate
This group class will build on the exercises learned in the Introductory / Essential class by learning the full repertoire of essential exercises and adding some Intermediate level exercises.
A great place to start if you already have a strong core and have previously taken Pilates. At this level, we will continue to build core strength while also working on overall strength. |
Group Mat - Intermediate
This class will continue to build on your Pilates repertoire and overall strength while working to increase your endurance.
A great class for those of you who have built core strength and learned all of the essential exercies. |
Group Mat - Advanced
This class will continue to build on your Pilates essential and intermediate repertoire, challenging your mind, body and spirit.
A great class for the Pilates enthusiast with a strong core, body awareness and endurance. |
